Our mission

Women in Engineering's mission is to promote a culture of inclusiveness and provide a nurturing atmosphere to foster the growth of professional, academic, leadership, and social skills of our members.

To address the gender gap of students enrolled in engineering programs and licensed engineers, WIE has initiated many different programs, such as workshops, conferences, and outreach programs for elementary, high school, and CEGEP students.
